Juneau police arrest suspect tied to shootings

JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - Juneau police have made another arrest in shootings last week that left a suspected drug dealer with wounds to his shoulder and arm. The Juneau Empire reports police Wednesday arrested 33-year-old Kenneth Ketah on felony assault and weapons charges. They are seeking another suspect. Police say said Ketah and 44-year-old James Depasquale on Dec. 6 confronted 24-year-old Jerall Torres for not selling heroin given to him by Depasquale. Torres told police he was hit by a gun and threatened and that he shot Depasquale in self-defense. Police say Ketah and another man later that morning fired guns at Torres and two women from a car.  No one was hurt in the second shooting. Depasquale faces eight weapon and drug misconduct charges. Torres is charged with weapons is conduct.
