-  ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - State Troopers say man who shot at an officer before fleeing in the trooper's cruiser apparently died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Troopers on Tuesday released more information in the early Saturday incident near Wasilla It began when Trooper Andrew Ballesteros pulled over a vehicle carrying three people. While Ballesteros was talking to a passenger, the driver - 22-year-old Nicholas Leo Frazier of Anchorage - stepped out and shot at Ballesteros, who returned fire. Frazier fled in the wounded trooper's vehicle and was found dead about a mile away. In a web posting, troopers say an autopsy showed Frazier had two non-fatal gunshot wounds, apparently from Ballesteros.
