No news on port study until after the election

- ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) - A major study has been completed on the troubled Anchorage port project, but the public won't have access to what the report says for weeks. The study won't be available to the public until several days after the Nov. 6 election and after voters will be asked to approve a $453 million statewide transportation bond that includes $50 million for the city port project.  Anchorage Mayor Dan Sullivan has been briefed on the study's findings, but says he can't answer questions because of a signed confidentiality agreement sought by the lead agency of the project. The Anchorage Assembly is scheduled to be briefed on the project three days after the election.
