- JUNEAU, Alaska (AP) - Sentencing has been delayed for a Hoonah man convicted of killing two police officers. A jury in November convicted John Marvin Jr. of the 2010 deaths of Hoonah Police Sgt. Anthony Wallace and Officer Matthew Tokuoka. Marvin was to have been sentenced in February. However, the Juneau Empire reports a written order for a pre-sentence report was never filed although a verbal order was given. Sitka Judge David George has set the new sentencing date for April 5.
