A sixth Alaskan has died from swine flu. State health officials said yesterday that the woman, who was from Fairbanks, died Oct. 27. Officials say the woman was middle-aged and had multiple existing health conditions that contributed to her death. Of the state's six swine flu victims, five were from Fairbanks, including four women and a 10-year-old boy. The other victim was a woman from Seward.
