A 75-year-old Wasilla man has been indicted on a charge of possessing child pornography. U.S. Attorney for Alaska Karen Loeffler said Wednesday that Neil Cary Applequist was indicted on one count by a federal grand jury Nov. 19. He is accused of possessing a zip disk that held images of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Applequist if convicted faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
