Doctor Al Gross is a first-time candidate looking to unseat incumbent Republican Senator Dan Suliivan in this fall’s election. Gross is registered non-partisan, but will be running in the Democratic primary this August – and says should he be elected in November, he’ll caucus with Democrats. He spoke with KFQD’s Toben Shelby about why he’s running, restoring bipartisanship, campaigning in a pandemic, and more.
